Yuk Bing Shiu jiu is a rice wine liquor made from a 100 year old recipe. It is made from steamed rice and is stored for a long period after distillation before being bottled. Although it's called a wine, it's actually closer in taste and strength to a white rice whiskey.
This wine comes in an attractive clay pot with a glazed Chinese symbol on the front and silver Chinese tag.
