Chinese Bamboo leaf vodka (fen chiew) is a sweet liquor which has been infused with green leaves of the bamboo plant.
Fen Chiew is fermented in the traditional way, underground in separate jars using high-quality sorghum grain. Fen Chiew is famous for its refreshingly smooth taste.
The liquor is transparent and although rather high in alcohol it tastes remarkably mild and sweet and smells elegantly fragrant. The bamboo leaves give the vodka a unique colour and taste. The attractive pot would compliment any bar shelf or liquor collection.
