No matter what page you’re on in our Web site, there are always three easy ways to find exactly what you’re looking for. Every page gives you the option to enter a Search, to Shop, or to access our Site Map. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, keywords that describe the item, the catalog number into the Search field on the upper right hand section of every page. You can also browse for an item by selecting one of the categories on the left column of every page(i.e. Thai drinks, Asian delicacies, etc).

How do I place an Order?
It’s easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Add to Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you can click on Cart to view the entire contents of your cart. A Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. Here you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping As A Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order and you’re all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

Is the information I give you secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information i.e. name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. All credit cards are processed by a third party secure credit merchant i.e. paypal or Asian Pay. We will never ask for your credit card details.
What will you do to make sure I’m satisfied with my purchase?
We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind each one. To ensure your satisfaction, all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to correct the situation.
Taxes are not added to all international shipments
We regret that we have a no refunds policy on all our perishable food goods and drinks unless the item/items have passed their use by date. Refunds will not be issued on late deliveries or items held up by the post or customs (see note above). Please return for a full refund if your items have passed their use by date. We do however offer a full refund on breakages during transit. Please provide proof of the breakage and we will issue a refund in a timely manner.
