Small crickets (Gryllus bimaculatus) with eggs are a delicacy in the north east of Thailand.
Crickets are omnivores and scavengers feeding on organic materials, as well as decaying plant material, fungi, and some seedling plants.
Our crickets are caught with light traps in the rice fields, quick frozen and the cleaned and cooked. They are dehydrated and seasoned to enhance the taste. Ingredients: small crickets, Flavour, Salt.
