Bag of roasted Nymphs

Tessaratomidae nymphs arrive at the beginning of the rainy season and are common in secondary woods. They are local delicacy in northeast Thailand. This bag contains approximately 20-30 Nymphs. They are collected 1 month before the rain season and only available during this time. The nymphs are collected fresh and then quick frozen, cleaned, dehydrated, seasoned and then packed in a special vacuum pouch with an oxygen absorber. Nymphs are eaten by removing the outer wings first. Ingredients: Tessaratomidae nymphs, Natural Flavouring, Salt.

The shelf life is 12 months.
