This meat has a low level of cholesterol and is exceptionally juicy and tender. The anatomy of the crocodile is similar to that of a bird and therefore similar in taste to chicken and turkey. It can be prepared in the same manor and is ideal for barbecues, roasting or grilling. Crocodile has quite a neutral taste and it is recommended that flavouring is used.
This crocodile meat is from farm raised crocodiles in Thailand, The meat has been sun dried and vacuum packed to preserve it for over 6 months.
Just soak in water and then cook in the same way as chicken or pork.
