Could you provide some general shipping information?

In-stock orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise specified. All items that are on backorder or out of stock are indicated as such on our site. Please note that all shipping transit times provided are based on business days (Monday through Friday) and not calendar days. Processing and shipping times are estimates only. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

For all international orders, you can choose between Thai Airmail (approximately 7-14 business days), EMS courier (approximately 5-7 business days), or Courier/DHL (5+ business days). If your order ships via EMS, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please get in touch with us, and we will send it to you as soon as possible. You can also view your order status and tracking numbers via the EMS website at https://track.thailandpost.co.th/. 

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Attention U.S. customers: 

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. administration has eliminated the $800 de minimis threshold for commercial shipments. This means that all mail, regardless of its value, is now subject to an import duty of 30%. Therefore, U.S. customers should be prepared to pay an additional 30% duty on their purchases. 

Please note that there may be delays in processing if payment is not made on time. Thailand Unique regrets that we cannot process refunds if a customer refuses to pay these fees upon the arrival of their goods. Additionally, if import fees are not paid within a reasonable time, the goods will be returned.

We will provide a DHL tracking link to all U.S. customers so that they can follow their shipment and pay the import fees when their goods arrive.


EMS Courier, DHL & International Airmail


Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, we cannot use EMS courier services, and your order will be switched to Registered Thai Airmail. Please note that some orders may require verification of billing or shipping information, which may result in delays. We are not responsible for any delays or mis-shipments that occur when a P.O. Box address is provided.


Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We can ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses when sent via standard airmail. EMS and registered Thai Airmail are not allowed for Military APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. We send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses using Thai Airmail. Please note that orders shipped to an APO/FPO address may take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

How much is shipping?

It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping. You can determine the shipping cost of your order by adding the desired items to the shopping cart and entering your zip code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. International Shipping


Do you ship outside Thailand?

Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. We have chosen Thai Airmail and EMS as the carriers for our International orders. They both offer reasonable shipping rates compared to other express carriers.


Will I be charged customs fees on my order?

Your order may incur customs fees upon arrival, including taxes, duties, and processing fees, which ThailandUnique cannot control. For information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.

We cannot mark orders as "Gifts" to avoid customs fees. The shipping charges you pay do not include any customs fees, import taxes, or duties. If you refuse to pay these fees upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us, and you will not receive a refund for the order or shipping costs.

ThailandUnique cannot estimate customs fees, so please check with your local customs office for details. Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, and you should verify with them if your package is held for fees. Familiarize yourself with customs laws in your country before placing your order.


Shipping Delays

Parcels may occasionally be delayed for various reasons, particularly at customs. Once your order is with the selected postal service, Thailand Unique is not responsible for such delays, and we do not issue refunds for delayed orders.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Thailand Unique cannot be held accountable for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses or postal service errors. If an item is returned for this reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, and refunds will not be issued. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.


Urgent Shipping.

If you have urgent shipping needs or a deadline, please contact us to enquire about expedited shipping. We will let you know the best shipping method to use and if we can deliver your order(s) on time.


What are your accepted payment methods?

Our store's default currency is U.S. Dollars; however, this can be changed to your desired currency using the drop-down box at the top of the shop. Online payment services include PayPal, bank transfer, and Skrill.


Can I import this candy/drink/caffeine/alcohol product into my country?

Each country has different import and customs regulations, so it’s important to check with your local customs office before placing an order to ensure you can import your items without issues. Many countries classify caffeine and alcohol as controlled substances, so be cautious when ordering these products. Additionally, you must be of legal age in your country to purchase items containing alcohol.


Customs Clearance & other shipping Issues

As the importer, you are solely responsible for clearing the goods and addressing any issues that may arise from inspections, holds, or refusals. In most cases, the consignee of the shipped items is considered the importer in any problematic situation.


Order Status


What does the Order Status and/or Product Status mean?

This indicates the current status of your order, or of each item within your order. There are several statuses:


Pending - Your order has been accepted and will be processed soon.

Processing/Complete - Your order has been transmitted to the packing/shipping department, and our staff are gathering all of your products and preparing them to be shipped. (Note that your order could remain in this state for several days.)

Shipped - Your order has been fully shipped. Your credit card has been fully charged at this point.

Canceled - Your order has been canceled and normally your credit card has not been billed. If it was billed, we have issued a proper refund which should appear on your next statement.

Refunded - Your order has been canceled and your payment has been refunded.


Returns & Exchanges


What is your return policy?

You can return a product for a refund, store credit, or exchange (if it is due to an error on ThailandUnique's part) within 15 days of the order arrival date, which can be verified using your tracking number. All returns must include proper documentation.

If we sent you the wrong product, or if it arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange the return. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, provided that the returned item(s) are received in their original packaging.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for any food or drink products unless they are defective, damaged, or past their use-by date. If you encounter any of these issues, please provide photo evidence or return the item(s), and we will refund your purchase. Once we receive your return or the photo evidence via email, we will issue a refund to your credit card or send you an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only. Additionally, opened food products cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Additional restrictions may apply, so please contact us for more information.

We do not offer refunds for orders delayed by postal services, couriers, or customs, nor for refusal to pay import fees required by the customer's country of origin.


Can I exchange my items for new ones?

Currently, we do not process exchanges. If you need a different flavour/weight of an item you ordered, upon receiving your return, you will be issued a gift certificate (store credit) for the amount of the item.
