Silk Moth Pupae Pasta - Gluten Free!

Nutribug Corn Pasta (Pro Pasta) is the first first corn pasta to contain nutritious silk moth pupae flour. It is made from 100% natural ingredients, organic corn, organic tapioca and farmed silk moth pupae powder.

100 grams of Nutrbug Corn Pasta delivers 12 grams of protein. It is also a good source of potassium, phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin B3 and vitamin B7.

Nutribug corn pasta is made from all natural ingredients, it is dry milled to preserve the natural nutrients.

The silk moth pupae used in the production of our rice pasta are raised at commercial farms, they are fed a diet of 100% mulberry leaves. The silkworms are raised predominantly for Thai silk, the silk cocoon is removed for silk manufacturing and the pupae’s are removed for food processing.  They are raised in clean, sealed hygienic enclosures and are processed at our FDA/GMP approved factory. 

All our ingredients are regularly lab tested to ensure they meet international health and safety standards.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat water until boiling
2. Add Nutribug corn pasta to the pot
3. Cook for 4 minutes
4. Spoon off foam
4. Turn down heat to the lowest setting and cook for a further 8 minutes or to your preferred texture
5. Transfer to cold water to stop the cooking.
6. Enjoy with your favorite pasta recipe.
