Delicious smoked BBQ sago worm kebab.

We use only the highest quality sago worms, sourced directly from our own farm in southern Thailand. Throughout their entire life cycle, the sago worms are fed a diet of organic, non-GMO mashed palm trunks. After harvesting, the worms are marinated for 24 hours in a slow-simmered, smoked BBQ sauce. They are then roasted, turned frequently, and basted with additional BBQ sauce until they become golden brown and crispy, and the sauce thickens. The roasted worms are then removed from the oven and dehydrated for several hours to achieve the perfect texture. Once they reach the ideal moisture level, the sago worms are carefully skewered onto bamboo sticks and packed in foil bags with oxygen absorbers to ensure lasting freshness.

Sago worm kebabs are delicious on their own as a healthy snack and pair perfectly with an ice-cold beer. Many people compare their flavour to bacon, but with a creamier texture and taste.

Each 10g kebab contains approximately 5 grams of protein.
